Shipping & Delivery

For delivery addresses within the United Kingdom, all parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class postal service where possible. Orders with a value of over £50 will be dispatched by an appropriate, fully insured service, such as Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Special Delivery at our discretion.

Overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail. All overseas orders with a value of over £50 are sent via an alternative delivery courier such as DHL for insurance purposes.

Order Tracking

Orders with a value of £50 or less are usually not trackable. For orders over £50, a tracking ID will be emailed to you so you can track your parcel on route.


In the unlikely event that you wish return your Quaggies product(s) to us for refund or exchange, please use the address on the contact us page. Please ensure you enclose a covering letter clearly stating your name, address and order number where possible.

All orders are covered under the distance selling regulations, giving you a 7 day cooling off period after you’ve placed your order. During this time you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you should decide you wish to return your order once you have received it, the goods must be returned to us in resaleable condition (unopened packaging). Items with opened packaging can only be refunded in full if the product is found to be faulty. Goods that are returned with opened packaging will be subject to a repacking charge of 15%.

Detailed sizing information is given on the site for all our products. Please check that the bag you are ordering will be of sufficient size for its intended use.
